CAREFUL IDENTIFICATION FOR TROUBLE FREE INTEGRATION
The request for external skills relies on each operations manager clearly defining the qualifications required to carry out the assignment successfully.
Alcean's job is to assess the appropriateness of the partners to whom the assignment could be entrusted in terms of both technical and human qualities.
By this means the expectations and choices of everyone concerned are respected. The firm benefits from the trouble-free integration of new staff into its teams and the skilled workers' professional goals are also respected.
REGULAR SERVICE QUALITY CHECKS
The technical assistance package is a three-way relationship between the client, the skilled worker and Alcean.
Each assignment is therefore marked by three-way meetings to ensure the service continues to run smoothly. The starting point: aside from establishing the working contract this initial meeting serves to define the aims of the assignment, technical environment and work schedule, reports expected, project restrictions and the clients' specific demands.
Updates: in the first month, and then at regular intervals, meetings will be held to ensure the assignment is being executed with the required degree of quality.
Final appraisal: this is to validate that the assignment as a whole went well, to gather comments from all the parties involved and to prepare the final account of the work undertaken.
Each step is formalised by a report included in the assignment file's appendix and which is part of Alcean's quality process.
